Google Drive

Keep a copy of your canvases in your own Google Drive, in folders that match yours, synced both ways.

Google Drive sync belongs to your liveworkspace account, so it is the same in livediagram and every other liveworkspace app, and one connection covers them all. When you are signed in, each of your canvases becomes a .livediagram file in a liveworkspace folder in your Drive, in folders that match yours. Renames, moves and deletions sync both ways, and it keeps up on liveworkspace's servers whether or not livediagram is open.

To connect, open Settings, choose Account, and find Google Drive under Cloud Sync. In the Explorer, a small cloud by each canvas's Updated time says whether it is synced.

Read the full Google Drive guide on liveworkspace.app: connecting, what is synced and how often, the Explorer's marks, folders liveworkspace can't see, opening files from Drive with Open with, switching Google account and disconnecting.

Only your own work is synced: canvases in a team, canvases shared with you and canvases kept only in this browser stay out of Drive.
