Each team you belong to is a space of its own in the Explorer sidebar: a row under Spaces, right after your own My Work. For how teams, roles and invites work, see the Teams guide.
Your teams
Each team you are a member of appears as a row with the team glyph and, once it has more than one member, how many it has. Click a team to open its library; expand it with the arrow to walk its folders without leaving the sidebar, and click a folder to open it.
A team's library holds the team's folders and items, from every liveworkspace app, and every member can manage them (Team Shared Canvases). At the top of the team's page sits the team's card, where the team is run in place: who has joined and who is invited, each member with their role, Invite by Link, and the ⋯ menu (Edit Team, Leave Team, Delete Team, as your role allows). On a team's library, Create offers New Canvas and New Folder, so what you make lands in the team.
The editor's Explorer panel (behind the menu button) lists your teams in its rail too, so you can reach team canvases without leaving the canvas you are in.
New Team
Teams belong to your liveworkspace account, so a team is the same in every liveworkspace app. New Team, the last row of Spaces, makes one: give it a name and, if you like, an organisation, and the new team opens. You can also use the New Team tile when you move a canvas with Change Folder: the canvas goes straight into it. Admins rename, staff and delete a team from its card.
Invites
When someone invites you to a team, Invites appears in Spaces with the number waiting. Open it to see each invitation: the team, who invited you and when, and the role offered. Answer each one in place with Accept, which opens the team, or Decline, which takes the invitation away. Once you accept, the team shows up in Spaces.
Signed-in only
Teams need an account, so team rows and New Team appear only when you are signed in. Guests see a Sign in to access Teams card in their place ("Free, and your guest canvases come with you").
